I currently have 2 vehicles under my name. A dodge durango and a nissan altima. The nissan altima is a lease which expires in September. I am in desperate need of purchasing another vehicle so that I can turn in the altima. My credit is shot due to the mortgage crisis. I am a victim on the mortgage crisis; however, I am currently working on a loan modification to get on track. I have tried to apply for credit on a purchase of a new and used vehicle...and no one has offered to help. I do not know what to do. I am married and my husband and I have a son who is a toddler. My husband and I work for different school districts. I am currently going into my 6th year teaching. My husband works for the purchasing department at his school district while trying to go back to school for his bachelors. The dodge durango is being used by my sister. Her only vehicle was stolen and wrecked...total loss. She too has a family; therefore, I helped her out because her insurance did not cover the balance on her truck. Please help me finance a vehicle...for we only have one in our household. I do not know who else to turn to.
